In just two words... excellent service!
Although it is a bit of a drive for me it was definitely worth it. I did not want to deal with the hassle I had with Metro and Cerritos Infiniti, and from the stories I've heard about Glendale I decided to go with the dealership everyone raves about.
Although they couldn't get my car on the lift because it's too low, they were still able to determine all but 1 problem, which requires the car to be raised on the lift.
I had no hassles whatsoever. Ben, the service adviser was polite and nice the entire time. Also talked to Rick for a few mins, cool guy as well. I highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) to Riverside Infiniti.

Ya I went there with donpisto (Levon) to Riverside Infiniti on Monday and everyone was very friendly, they certainly know what they are doing.
Ben Soster helped both of out in less than 5 minutes and i got my car in less than 2 hours. I had to get a:
1. Oil change and oil filter change
2. Window motor replaced
3. Passenger airbag recall
and it was done in less than 2 hours.
We also managed to talk with Rick (parts manager) and he was a really cool guy. Took his time to talk with us a bit. Really cool and chill guy.
Like donpisto said, they are very mod friendly. If you walked into their dealer, it is nothing but cars and a lot of AFTERMARKET parts.
I'm talking exhausts, springs, sway bars, truck and roof spoilers, under braces, project kic lugs. You name it, they got it all right there to see. I was amazed, i had never seen a dealer sell aftermarket parts. From what I saw, Rick said that was less than half because a bunch of people bought stuff. lol
I recommend this place for everyone, especially if you are scared if the dealer is going to say anything about your mods. I mean look at my mods, they didn't say anything. They were really cool about it.
Big thumbs up to Riverside Infiniti :good:

That's a good thing to know. But Glendale Infiniti isn't bad either I am we took my friends car for an oil change on Tuesday and they didn't say anything about his intakes or exhaust, the guy even complimented his car saying how good it sounds.
