Is it a waste of time for me to keep asking legitimate questions about getting the best performance from my car because if nobody knows about the G35 coupe then this is the wrong site for me. Sorry to post so many questions but I have only had my G for a year and I would like to know as much about it as possible so I can know the best modifications for the money.

Before you tell people that SoCalG.com is a 'waste of time,' take the time to read the 'About Us (http://www.socalg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9)' thread.
I'll give you some spark notes:
"Fellow Infiniti G owners began using the club forum as a tool to get acquainted with each other. Shortly thereafter, the club was holding events throughout Southern California. Locations included but were not limited to: La Caņada Flintridge, Arcadia, Chino Hills, Huntington Beach, and Crystal Cove, California."
Have a nice day fellow Bronco.

Eurodre's response of "lol" made me unsure of what to expect from this site but it seems like there are a lot of people who are willing to discuss technical details. I am relatively new to owning my G so I am pretty much starting from the beginning even though they have been out for a few years. I haven't told anybody anything about this site because I don't know anybody else who has a G for one thing and I was going to wait and see how things turned out. It seems like a fine site and I hope it does well. I wish I knew more people who owned G's but I guess that is the point of being on this site so hopefully I can come to some of the meets. I think a dyno day would be a good idea because I am interested in checking out the specs and I have no idea about any dyno shops in the area. Just a thought.

We actually had a meet at Cal Poly Pomona. 10 or so G's showed up. You can search G35Driver.com and find some of the G owners who attend the school there. I'm not sure if they're on here or not.

Damn, I wish I knew about it sooner. If you do it again I will definitely go. Either way I will go to one of the upcoming meets. I'll check G35driver, thanks.

Ok, no problem. I am done in June so I won't be there for much longer. What was your major?

If you have any questions about your car, as far as performance, and other mods it's your best bet to join(if you havn't) G35driver, why you wouldn't like the site is beyond me, driver is the best forum board that i've been apart of BY FAR. This site is still VERY new and in time sure there will be more info, but the amount of info that is on Driver, and even MY350z is miles ahead of here, and most likely will always be that way.
